Form submissions are delivered by email to our practice team at Plastic Surgery Queensland ([email protected]) solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation. Form delivery is handled by a third-party form-processing service that transmits your enquiry to our practice email.
Enquiries are received and managed within the practice's email and practice-management systems, which are access-controlled. Clinical records created after a consultation are managed in accordance with health records legislation and practice policy.
